Shipping

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

The following are estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

  • Metropolitan Areas: 5 business days
  • Rest of India: 7 business days
  • Jammu & Kashmir, North East, and Islands: 10 business days

3. Important Notes

  • Delivery Delays: Please note that the delivery times provided above are estimates. While we do our best to get your order to you promptly, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as:
    • Weather conditions
    • Ground transportation disruptions

4. Shipping Partners

5. Shipping Charges

  • We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across India.

6. Order Tracking

7. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return your order only once within 7 days of receiving it. Any discounted products are not eligible for return.
  • Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject return request where it is evident that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please send clear images of the defect to our team, and we will promptly address the issue.
  • Return Pickup:
    • We offer a return pickup service. You will not be charged at the time of pickup.
    • If the pickup person requests payment, please refuse to pay and do not hand over the package.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item in the expected condition, we will process your refund within 15 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Exchange

To make your exchange faster, we’ve streamlined the process:

  • Initiate a Return: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, start by returning the original item. Any discounted products are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Refund for Returned Item: We’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Place a New Order: At the same time, please place a new order for the item you want. This will ensure you receive it quickly, without waiting for the return to be processed.

  • The following are estimated delivery times for exchange after your order has been shipped:
